Overnight Crew Bligh Park

We are seeking reliable and organised individuals to join our Overnight Crew at our Bligh Park facility in South Windsor Australia. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team during overnight hours. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly throughout the night shift maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

• Complete assigned tasks and duties during overnight shift hours with attention to detail and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to achieve daily operational objectives
• Maintain a clean safe and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Follow all company policies and procedures including security and safety protocols
• Assist with stock management inventory checks or facility maintenance as required
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to management
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality ensuring consistent attendance during scheduled shifts
• Support the smooth handover of operations to the day shift team
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed
