About the job
Reporting to the Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro Manager you will assist to support the daily operations of SFM & Bistro ensuring good housekeeping in the work area delivering food of exceptional quality and providing excellent customer service to our IKEA customers.
Your assignment
- Support in taking orders through the cash register at Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro.
- Assist with processing food orders at the bistro counter.
- Help prepare meal ingredients and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Support in cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas according to hygiene standards.
- Assist with unloading delivered food supplies check stock inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) in all products to ensure freshness and quality of food.
- Adhere to operating procedures and contribute to high standards of Quality Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) in line with Food Safety and Hygiene practices.
- Assist with store operations and contribute to the Functional Commercial Review Standards
Qualifications :
Your profile
- You are motivated responsible and have good time management skills.
- You are a good team player who is also able to work independently.
- You can withstand prolonged hours of standing and work in a fast-paced food environment.
- You can commit to working on AM/PM shifts including weekends and public holidays.
