Staff Nurse RGN/RMN
Hours: Day Shifts 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 21.90 per hour

This is a rare opportunity to join a small close-knit nursing home set in a stunning countryside location. Providing personalised nursing residential and palliative care and holding a Good CQC rating this home is now looking for a compassionate and clinically strong Staff Nurse to join their dedicated day team.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Current unrestricted NMC registration - RGN or RMN accepted
• Experience working within a nursing home setting essential
• Clinically strong with a confident and compassionate approach to care
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care is advantageous
• A team player who thrives in a small community-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality person-centred nursing care to residents with nursing residential and palliative care needs
• Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans in line with individual resident needs
• Administering medications safely and accurately in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Working closely with GPs allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
• Supporting and supervising care staff acting as a clinical point of reference on shift
• Maintaining accurate up-to-date records and documentation
