Production Engineer

About Us:

What Youll Be Doing:

• Optimize new and existing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Responsible for checking and validating production shop drawings for fabrication.
• Provide training and oversight to junior engineers (E.I.T) interns floor level operators and drafters.
• Provide routine engineered structural designs for precast underground concrete structures
• Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure constructability and feasibility of items being produced.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with EIT or P Eng. certification
• Strong interpersonal skills excellent communication and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of related precast related concrete or other manufacturing experience.
