About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
Were seeking a dedicated Procurement Partner to join our dynamic team. Youll play a pivotal role in supporting innovative valuesled procurement activity contributing to improving access experience and outcomes for people in Aotearoa New Zealand.
As a Procurement Partner youll provide clear practical and timely strategic procurement advice to support a range of commercial supplier and procurement needs across ACC and helping the business make confident decisions and progress work at pace.
Youll be part of a portfoliobased procurement partnering model working alongside Senior Procurement Partners Procurement Partners and Advisors to take an enterprisewide view. Youll be responsible for delivering procurement solutions that are well planned timely and aligned to ACCs strategy. Youll be expected to work with a degree of autonomy manage competing priorities and consistently deliver to agreed timeframes.
This is a permanent role based in Wellington.
The appointing salary for this role is $101287 $142993 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. About you Mōu
You will bring:
- Strong experience across endtoend procurement processes within complex or public sector environments
- A solid working knowledge of the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules (NZGPR) to support innovative and the ability to apply them pragmatically to achieve valuedriven procurement outcomes
- Experience developing procurement strategies that align with organisational priorities
- The ability to work independently manage your workload effectively and keep work moving without excessive oversight
- A track record of meeting deadlines and progressing multiple streams of work in parallel
- The ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
A partnership mindset able to build trust influence outcomes and turn insights into action.
- Welldeveloped communication influencing and problemsolving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt ways of working
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application
