Position Summary
The Salesforce Technical Solution Architect will serve as the technical leader for the design development and implementation of Salesforce landscape solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Head of CRM this role will translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical architectures. The ideal candidate possesses deep Salesforce expertise strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions.
This role can be located in St. Louis MO or Chicago IL 3 days/week onsite.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce implementations including data models integrations and custom applications while aligning to evolving business needs.
- Establish and enforce design standards best practices and development guidelines across CRM projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders program management and development teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead and manage large multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce working with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.
- Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business and technical requirements.
- Ensure continuous platform scalability security and performance.
- Ensure that Salesforce and other applications meet security compliance and governance standards.
- Conduct design reviews and mentor Salesforce Administrators and Developers.
- Facilitate Salesforce DevOps and change management.
- Evaluate and recommend new CRM tooling features and apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues acting as a 3LS resource.
- Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem advancements and industry key practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience including automation architecture solution design and program management.
- Salesforce certifications such as; B2C Solution Architect B2B Solution Architect Identify & Access Management Architect Sharing & Visibility Architect Data Architect Integration Architect Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with Flow OmniStudio Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce org assessments
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with ERP Data Platforms and other external systems.
- Deep understanding of data modeling security models and platform performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

This position is an exempt position.The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150000- $180000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience subject matter expertise geographic location where work will be performed and the applicants skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical dental vision life and 401(k).
