As a School Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational journey of our children. Your mission is to not only impart knowledge but also instill a deep love for learning. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a profound understanding of effective teaching methodologies with a specialization in preschool education.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and mentor a diverse inclusive team of early childhood professionals fostering a positive collaborative environment.
• Build lasting connections with families and staff embodying our core values of kindness and community.
• Drive the success of a high-quality early learning program that aligns with the Inspire Early Education philosophy and meets state and agency standards.
• Oversee daily operations with a strategic and business-minded approach ensuring efficiency and quality at every level.
• Inspire your teams professional growth by supporting ongoing learning and development.
• Collaborate with departments including finance marketing HR and curriculum to enrich the program and ensure your centers success.

Who You Are

:

• A Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred though an Associate degree or CDA will be considered.
• A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in early childhood education.
• State-specific Director qualifications for New Jersey.
• Documented experience working with children references are required.
• Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.

Preferred

• Bilingual or experience with special education.
• Leadership or mentor experience.
