Location: This is a remote position - open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
The Role
- Proactively probes to understand client business requirements and works with the appropriate stakeholders to identify approaches/solutions that best leverage system functionality and WTW standards
Consults with clients on medium/high complex issues may need guidance on more complex issues and system related items
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in all Global Outsourcing project management tools
- Leads internal initiatives outside of day-to-day client commitments
- Leads project teams with multifaceted competing priorities and deadlines
- Manages implementations and/or ongoing services of medium complex assignments across the spectrum of WTWlines of business with high quality results and strong relationships
- Coaches and mentors team members and junior/new project managers to higher performance levels
Performs and manages all responsibilities related to the Project Manager-3 role and complies with our security protocol
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 4 years of project management experience preferably within benefits administration benefits outsourcing or a related professional services environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook Excel Project Word OneNote and Teams
- Strong analytical criticalthinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess issues and recommend solutions
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Proven flexibility and accountability consistently delivering work with quality and excellence in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed based on project and client requirements

Compensation andBenefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the roleindividualcompetencieseducation/professionalcertificationsqualifications/experience andperformance in the role.
Compensation
Thebasesalarycompensationrangebeingofferedforthisroleis$87000 - $135000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
