Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Saline MI. As a Home Care Worker you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This role requires empathy reliability and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes to healthcare providers or family members.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but NOT required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass background checks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with client care.
