Job Description:
This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding testing and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility targeting and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team providing support for platforms and operations.
Lead the end-to-end execution of direct mail programsfrom development through production release. Youll manage multiple concurrent campaigns partner across internal teams and external partners and ensure all deliverables are met. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence campaign versioning and continuous improvement. Youll play a key part in achieving channel performance and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Direct mail production experience with strong print and mail expertise; capable of managing campaign and project execution.
Proven ability to manage complex time-sensitive work with third-party suppliers.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and high-volume projects in dynamic environments while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
Skilled in problem identification analysis and resolution with independence and urgency.
Proficient in Excel Word and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn and adapt to bank applications supporting direct mail program management.
Desired Qualifications:
