Job Summary

Impiricus is scaling an AI-powered ethical HCP engagement platform for life sciences organizations. As a Director of Strategy & Operations youll play a key role in turning that mission into scalable execution. Youll lead high-priority initiatives own cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence across our fast-growing organization.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity is deeply analytical and knows how to turn ideas into impact. Youll work closely with leadership product marketing sales client services and finance to ensure our goals are met efficiently and intelligently.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Design and support cross-functional initiatives ensuring clear ownership and execution
• Develop and drive internal project plans and roadmaps for strategic initiativesowning from kick-off through launch
• Analyze business performance data to uncover opportunities and present actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive optimization of internal tools workflows and reporting structures to improve scalability
• Work with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment across product GTM and customer success functions
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning goal tracking (OKRs) and quarterly business reviews
• Prepare materials for board meetings investor updates and strategic reviews
• Support financial modeling budget tracking and vendor/contract evaluation for operational needs
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to support long-term planning

Experience:

• 8 years of experience including experience in management consulting and in-house within a Strategic Operational or Finance role
• Experience in high-growth rapidly scaling environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations (hands on Excel experience for data modeling)
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal
• Project management experience; able to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives
• Highly organized detail-oriented and a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
• Passion for improving healthcare and supporting physicians through better tech

Bonus Points

• 3 years of experience in management consulting
• 2 years of in-house experience within a Strategic Operational or Finance Role
• Experience working in an early-stage company or high-growth environment
• Experience in digital health healthcare pharma or a regulated industry
• Previous experience in a Chief of Staff office BizOps Strategic Planning or Finance function
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required

The base salary range for this role is$160000 - $190000
