Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead maintenance operations within our industrial/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical electrical and automated systems and a proven track record of supervising maintenance teams in a production environment. This role ensures facility equipment runs safely efficiently and with minimal downtime.
Salary: $33-38/hour

Responsibilities:
- Supervise mentor and schedule a team of maintenance technicians ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery HVAC electrical systems conveyors and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Develop implement and monitor maintenance programs including routine inspections and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records logs and reports; track work orders and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with production engineering and management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and capital improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability efficiency and safety.

- Prior supervisory experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting
