We offer:

Reporting to theField Service ManagertheField Service Technicianis responsible fordelivery of high-quality customer service performing preventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of Hach deviceslocatedat our customer sites. The customer base for this role isanticipatedto be a combination of municipal (i.e. drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e. power plants and food and beverage plants).

In this role you will:

  • Performpreventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.

  • Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.

  • Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings including but not limited to drinking water & wastewater treatment facilities refineries chemical manufacturing plants food & beverage processing facilities applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2) *

  • Submits prompt accurate service reports that affect billing inventory instrument history and instrument failure.

  • Followssafe work practices according to company policy.

  • Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.

  • Daily travel to customer sites. This role will be based in the Phoenix AZ area andsupportsour customers throughout the territory. Expect up to 75%travel. Company-paid travel accommodations and meals are provided for overnight stays. You can expect to have 1 or 2 overnight stays per week.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Previousexperience in a travel-based field service and/or customer-facing roles

  • HS Diploma; Associates/technical degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude isa must- experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair is helpful but notrequired..

  • This position requires occasional rental of vehicles or booking of hotel rooms for business travel. A valid drivers license a clean driving record and the ability to rent a car and/ orhotel rooms under applicable state law are.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $29.00 - $32.00 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
