YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

As our Financial Aid Counselor youll play a vital part in the success of both our school and our future professionals! Youll work closely with students and their families to go over finances and identify what grants and loans theyre eligible for. Following all state federal and institutional guidelines youll process all aid-related paperwork on time while ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Youll be trusted with confidential financial information so you need to make sure you complete all activities with a high level of integrity. Your efforts will help aspiring beauty professionals receive high-quality education and support them in chasing their dreams!

Our Ideal Financial Aid Counselor Is:

• Highly communicative and customer service-driven
• Dependable honest and willing to go the extra mile to help
• Extremely organized accurate and attentive to detail
• Skilled at solving problems and meeting deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of financial aid experience
• Solid work history with at least one verifiable reference
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Ability to accurately interpret and follow federal state and institutional financial aid regulations
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work in-person at our Esani location
• Ability to use reports and spreadsheets to perform needs-based analyses and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
