The Learning and Development Director provides strategic leadership for learning and talent development programs within the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business.

Your role:

• This role sets the learning and development vision and multi-year roadmap partners with senior leaders to align capabilities to business strategy and ensures scalable measurable solutions across a global matrixed organization.

• The Director leads through influence to design and govern core programs (e.g. onboarding leadership development mentoring early career pipelines rotational programs and learning grants) leverage relevant enterprise-wide content drive adoption of modern learning modalities (including technology and AI-enabled solutions) and establish metrics to demonstrate business impact.

• This role impacts the execution of our strategy as we develop our people aligned with our future plans by partnering with executive stakeholders and functional leaders across the globe including sites in the US Netherlands Costa Rica.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 10 years of experience in learning and development talent management HR or related field including leading large cross-functional programs in a global matrixed environment (medical device or health technology a plus)

• Your skills include demonstrated experience leading complex multi-year learning/talent portfolios across multiple functions and geographies; program/portfolio management certification a plus

• You have a Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred in Human Resources Organizational Development Business or related field; Deep knowledge of adult learning theory learning experience design and evaluation models; ability to translate theory into practical business-relevant solutions

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• Youre an organized executor excellent communicator self-learner experienced influencer

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an office based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $166000 - $264000

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $158000 $252000

The pay range for this position in California is $177000 - $282000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
