Summary:

The Barista is responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to members and guests in a welcoming polished country club environment. This role focuses on quality preparation friendly service and maintaining a clean and organized café or bar area while upholding the clubs service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this position successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks teas and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive personalized service
• Operate coffee equipment POS systems and handle cash or member charges accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station equipment and seating areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
• Assist with light food preparation or service items as assigned
• Support special events tournaments or peak service periods as needed
• Uphold the clubs professional appearance and service expectations at all times
• Other assigned duties

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) years in food service
• Riverside County food handlers card required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer service driven
• Riverside County Food Handlers Card required

Availability:

Regular business hours and after regular business hours as necessary.
