Partner Program Admin Atlassian Products

• Support and administer SmartBears Atlassian partner programs ensuring operational excellence and compliance with program requirements
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams and external partners related to Atlassian products and programs
• Maintain accurate partner data program documentation and reporting to support business decisions and partner success

About the Role

• Administer day-to-day operations of SmartBears Atlassian partner programs including onboarding program compliance and lifecycle management.
• Maintain partner records contracts certifications and program status within internal systems and Atlassian partner portals.
• Coordinate with Sales Alliances Finance and Legal teams to support partner transactions incentives and renewals.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on partner performance program participation and operational metrics.
• Support partner communications including program updates operational guidance and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to scale partner operations and improve partner experience.

We are looking for you if you have

• 2-4 years of experience in partner operations program administration sales operations or a related role.
• Hands-on experience working with Atlassian products and/or Atlassian Partner Programs.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• A proactive service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting partner success.
