Are you an experienced swim instructor ready for a real leadership role at a school that takes the craft seriously

Sutton Swim School is a family-owned year-round indoor swim school with a warm 90-degree pool. Were growing and were hiring seasoned instructors to help train our team develop our trainers and shape how SSS teaches swimming for years to come.

This is not an entry level position. We are looking for an aquatic educator that is dedicated to this industry. Someone who leads by example in the water and on the deck and earn respect through technical excellence steady presence and genuine investment in the growth of every person on the team. If youve spent years teaching and youre also ready to invest in others the way someone once invested in you we want to talk.

We believe water safety is one of the most important skills a person can carry through life and we treat it that way. Great swimming is taught not just demonstrated. From foundational water safety to real stroke development we care about building skill that actually transfers. Were always refining how we teach how we train and how we show up for the families who trust us with their children.

These roles were created because SSS is growing. There is a genuine path toward expanded responsibility in curriculum development training program design and organizational leadership. We are not offering titles. We are offering seats at the table as we build something worth being part of.

What you bring:

• 6 years of swim instruction experience across infant child and adult populations
• At least 4 years in a supervisory management or instructor training role
• Demonstrated ability to train instructors and to develop other instructor trainers
• Composure emotional maturity and leadership presence under pressure
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week including Saturdays
