Ready Mix Key Accounts Sales Representative

What Youll Be Doing

• Build manage and grow strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value
• Develop and execute account plans that align customer needs with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that improve customer outcomes
• Identify growth opportunities through market insight customer data and proactive engagement
• Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements while maintaining profitability targets

Work Environment

This role is primarily field-based with regular travel to customer locations and internal meetings. The position requires collaboration with sales operations and support teams and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
