Assisting Hands Home Care is a locally owned home care company based in Kennesaw. Weve been hiring and supporting caregivers in this community for years and were looking to add to our team right now.

The schedule

We schedule care in four-hour blocks between 8am and 8pm. You tell us when youre available mornings midday afternoons and we match you with clients whose needs line up. Some caregivers work two blocks back-to-back for a longer day; others prefer spreading their visits across the week. Either way were looking for a consistent commitment of around 1520 hours per week. Once weve got your schedule set we stick to it no week-to-week guessing.

The work

Youll be providing in-home personal care: helping clients bathe dress and groom; preparing meals; light housekeeping; medication reminders; and companionship. Youll work with the same clients regularly so youre building real relationships not doing one-off visits.

What youll need

A valid Georgia drivers license and insured vehicle. Current CPR/First Aid. A negative TB test or chest X-ray. Youll need to pass a background check. CNA or PCA experience is preferred if you dont have credentials yet we provide paid training for qualified candidates.

Your pay and benefits

$15$18/hr based on experience and certifications. Mileage reimbursement. Holiday pay at time-and-a-half. Bi-weekly paychecks. Referral bonuses. Paid training. A management team thats available when youre working not just during business hours.
