Motive Workforce is supporting a robotics company seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead hardware delivery across robotic systems. This role owns system-level execution and coordinates across engineering and operations teams to bring complex systems into production.

What You Will Do
- Own system-level execution of robotic stations and hardware projects
- Define architecture and layout of robotic cells
- Coordinate across Mechanical Electrical Controls Software ML and Automation teams
- Drive integration from design through FAT SAT commissioning and customer acceptance
- Manage schedules and technical milestones from pre-sales handoff through deployment
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs feasibility and impact of changes
- Debug issues across hardware and software systems drive resolution
- Analyze system performance using dashboards logs and basic data tools
- Act as the bridge between engineering project teams and customer-facing stakeholders
- Support site deployments and customer visits up to 40% travel
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in robotics automation or industrial systems
- Proven track record delivering full lifecycle hardware or automation projects
- Strong system-level understanding across mechanical electrical and controls domains
- Ability to troubleshoot across integrated systems
- Experience working in fast-paced delivery-focused environments
- Strong organization and execution skills
- Comfortable making technical decisions under timeline and customer pressure
- Experience working with performance data Excel dashboards or basic SQL
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots ABB preferred
- Familiarity with FAT/SAT and customer acceptance processes
- Background in startup or scaling robotics environments
Compensation
- Base salary: $170K-$220K
