We are seeking a SeniorCOTS Integratorfor one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026

The selected candidate will work on a team building performance-monitoring solutions for

candidate willleveragethe Jenkins automated execution architecture for automated performance checks.

The candidate will instrument different environmentsin order tocapture performance metrics and will build

softwareleveragingREST APIs to automate the capture of metrics. The candidate willutilizeElastic stack to

store performance metrics and develop visualizations of the performance metrics. The candidate will

integrate open source and COTS products in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication corporate

authorization services firewalls and SSL/TLS communications. The ideal candidate mustpossessa good

understanding of network operating system application and end-point performance. The candidate must

havestrong communicationand collaboration skills andberesults-oriented.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline

• Four (4) years ofadditionalsoftware development experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree

• Experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana) including Elastic Application Performance Monitoring (APM)

• Installing updating and/ormaintainingmultiple Elastic Stack environments

• Creating and modifying Logstash pipelines

• Creating and modifying Kibana visualizations

• Instrumenting systems with Elastic Agent and Elastic APM Agent

• Experience withOpenTelemetry(OTEL) andOpenTelemetryProtocol (OTLP)

• Experience with Python and/or Vega programming

• Familiarity with web application technologies (e.g. html JavaScript web servers and application servers)

• Proficient in UNIX commands

• Proficient in Windows

The estimated salary range for this position is between $185000-$240000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the companys comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors such as location the individuals education skills experience and competencies as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
