Pay Range
$47.50 - $71.25Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Nephrology Full-Time
Join our Nephrology team as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in a full-time role working across two hospital systems. This position offers a diverse clinical experience managing patients in inpatient outpatient dialysis and clinic settings with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension.
Schedule
- MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- No weekends; shared call with physician
- No after-hours requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic kidney-related conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and promote self-care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Prescribe medications per state guidelines
- Support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA
- Nephrology experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
