Experienced Salesperson

Job Summary:
Keffer Mazda is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team inHuntersville North Carolina. This is a full-time commission-only position in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As an individual contributor you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to earn a competitive commission ranging from $3000 to $15000 per month paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best automotive solutions
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and their features
- Attend product and sales seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the dealership
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to generate additional leads
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sale of financing and insurance products
- Attend and actively participate in team sales meetings
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current and upcoming models as well as competitor vehicles

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and current market trends
- Proficient in using various sales tools and technologies
- Previous experience with Mazda vehicles is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
