The Challenge
We are looking for aFull Stack Tech Lead / Architectto help build a next-generation platform that enablesenterprise brands and creators to collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end. As part of a fast-movingincubator team defining the architecture of a new product from the ground up ensuring it meetsenterprise-grade standards for scalability reliability and securitywhile supporting rapid experimentation and iteration.Work closely with product managers designers and strategists to translate opportunities in thecreator economyinto scalable product capabilities.
A core part of the platform will be the use ofAgentic AI systemsto streamline and automate the complex workflows involved in influencer marketingfrom discovery contract management creative ops analytics and optimization. Contribute to the design and implementationAI-native architecturesorchestratingLLM-poweredagentsandbuildingtheevaluation frameworks observability and trust mechanismsto make these systems reliable for enterprise customers.
Looking for someone who enjoysbuilding new platforms from the ground up solving complex distributed systems challenges and exploring howAI agents can augment enterprise workflows and human collaboration.This will play a critical role inshaping both thetechnical foundation and the long-term visionof a new product within Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a dedicated group of engineers throughout the entire development process from research and technical design to security assessment implementation and delivery of features for the web application.
Collaborate to define and refine the product roadmap user experience priorities and schedule.Insights and input will help shape the direction of the application ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of our users.
Ownership of the products development life cycle closelymonitoringprogressidentifyingrisks and opportunities and ensuring access to senior leadership when needed. Ability to navigate challenges andprovideclear insight into the products status will be crucial for its success.
Help buildand mentor/coach a strong teamto grow both professionally and personally.
Combine data and personal instincts to make informed decisions and drive the teams progress at a rapid pace. Ability to balance speed and quality will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

What is needed to succeed
BA or BS or MS degree in Computer Scienceor a related field or equivalent practical experience provides a solid foundation for this position.
10yrs of proven experience in software engineering is. This experience shoulddemonstratea deep understanding of software development principles practices and methodologies.
6 ys of experience leading software engineering teams. This includes successfully managing and guiding teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Strong technical and analytical abilities. Experience in developing large-scale enterprise-grade web applications and platforms withhigh standardsfor scalability security and reliability is essential.
Expertise in evaluating systems architecture particularly using extensive knowledge of full-stack technologies. Ideally have experience working with intelligent and agent-based systems. This experience includes LLM-powered applications and orchestration frameworks. It also includes evaluation pipelines that ensure reliability observability and trust in AI-assisted workflows.
Experience designing systems that integrate AI services data pipelines and evaluation frameworks into production products.
Strong leadership skills are necessary to drive consensus on requirements and ensuretimelydecision-making. Provide guidance prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively will be crucial to the teams success.
A passion for collaborating with design teams from concept to production is important.Facilitateeffective communication and collaboration between engineers and designers will contribute to the overall success of the projects.
Consistent record of developing leading coaching and mentoring software engineers is vital. Ability to foster a positive and uplifting environment ensuring the teams professional development is essential.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$320000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $221000 - $320000
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
