Job Summary
PAY RANGE: $24 - $29 10% Shift Differential SHIFT: 2nd

As a Quality Inspector II youll play a critical role in ensuring precision compliance and consistency across in-process and final products. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product compliance
- Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and customer certification requirements
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Use measurement tools and equipment (including CMM) to verify tolerances
- Support production teams in maintaining ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO13485 standards
- Inspect incoming parts from outside vendors
- Train and mentor junior inspectors and support team development
- Assist with audits compliance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5)
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment (CMM preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 AS9100 or ISO13485 standards
- Experience with systems such as Mie Trak and SolidWorks preferred
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
