• Accurate Documentation Record care notes progress and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
  
  

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients homes.
  
  
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  
  
• Clear confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
