Salary: $80000 - $95000 per Annum (Depending on experience and skill set)
Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Manager to lead and oversee procurement and inventory operations across our dynamic multi-venue environment.
This is a key role responsible for managing supplier relationships controlling costs and ensuring the efficient supply of goods across Gaming Hotel and Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage purchasing and procurement across the departments
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Oversee inventory control stock levels and stock rotation
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods
- Monitor costs budgets and identify savings opportunities
- Maintain compliance with health safety and storage standards
- Previous experience in purchasing procurement or stores management
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in hospitality or large-scale operations preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and cost awareness
