WhatYoull Be Doing:
Lead the day-to-day management of the depot including dispatch rostering payrollprocessesand operational coordination
Oversee people management activities including staff supervision leave management performancemanagementand disciplinary actions
Manage compliance reporting and incident investigations including customer complaints accidentreportsand operational issues
Maintain depot presentation including cleanliness yard conditions and infrastructure ensuring a safe and professional environment
Drive service delivery outcomes aligned with Busways frameworks ensuring consistent and high-quality operations
Monitor and achieve contractual and internal KPIs ensuring staff understand their impact on performance outcomes
Promote a strong safety culture bymaintainingrisk registers ensuring WHS compliance and supporting safety initiatives
WhatYoull Bring:
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role ideally within a fast-paced operational environment
Strong administrative and operational experience including rosteringpayrollor coordination tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery incident management employeerelationsand workplace health & safety
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staffstakeholdersand the local community
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and strong organisational and time management skills
Local area knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
Must be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia
