Depot Manager

WhatYoull Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the depot including dispatch rostering payrollprocessesand operational coordination
• Oversee people management activities including staff supervision leave management performancemanagementand disciplinary actions
• Manage compliance reporting and incident investigations including customer complaints accidentreportsand operational issues
• Maintain depot presentation including cleanliness yard conditions and infrastructure ensuring a safe and professional environment
• Drive service delivery outcomes aligned with Busways frameworks ensuring consistent and high-quality operations
• Monitor and achieve contractual and internal KPIs ensuring staff understand their impact on performance outcomes
• Promote a strong safety culture bymaintainingrisk registers ensuring WHS compliance and supporting safety initiatives

WhatYoull Bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role ideally within a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong administrative and operational experience including rosteringpayrollor coordination tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery incident management employeerelationsand workplace health & safety
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staffstakeholdersand the local community
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and strong organisational and time management skills
• Local area knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
• Must be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia
