We need someone whos as comfortable working with people as they are with policies a welcoming face who goes above and beyond to help our members with registry and membership products and services. You might say our ideal candidate is part detective part problem-solver part policy guru and part community guide. You take the time to understand and anticipate members needs then dig deep to find just the right answers.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our members promoting AMA products and services that meet their needs.

  • Support call flow for general registries corporate registries and road tests.

  • Complete registry membership and service transactions accurately confidentially and in a timely manner.

  • Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care.

  • Stay up to date on policies procedures and system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Represent AMA with professionalism empathy and a commitment to helping every member.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Youre at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

  • You have a current Police Information Check (PIC).

  • You bring strong communication skills and experience in sales or customer service.

  • Youre committed to learning and growing in a supportive team environment.

  • Your positive attitude and genuine desire to help people matter most well provide the training you need!

Bonus points if you have:

  • General Registry Skills Certification (Basic)

  • Commissioner for Oaths (Registry-related business)

  • Marriage Licence Commissioner

  • AHW Certification

  • Corporate Registry Certification
