About the Role
- Position: Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Location: Victoria
- Position Type: Full-time
As a Registered Pharmacy Technician you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring safe accurate and compassionate care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with prescription drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Enter prescriptions into the system accurately and maintain patient records.
- Prepare process and compound prescriptions with professional responsibility.
- Support pharmacists in providing medication recommendations and counseling.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Manage inventory ordering and stock control.
- Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer use data entry and basic math.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- A positive caring and supportive attitude toward both patients and colleagues.
