Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Property Inspector to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring every home meets our high standards before guest arrival. You will be responsible for inspecting properties after they have been cleaned identifying any issues and ensuring each home is fully guest and owner ready.

This position requires someone who is thorough dependable and not afraid to hold standards. If something is not right you take action.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect homes after housekeeping services to ensure they meet company standards
• Identify cleanliness issues missed items or quality concerns
• Communicate with housekeeping teams and call cleaners back when standards are not met
• Report any damages missing items or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
• Document findings clearly and accurately in company systems
• Ensure homes are fully prepared and guest-ready prior to arrival

Qualifications

• Previous experience in short-term vacation rentals housekeeping or inspections preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot even small issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
• Reliable transportation required
