Description / Position Overview
This role owns the execution and delivery of system-driven projects that support business operations.
The Product Owner / Technical Project Manager is responsible for translating business needs into structured development plans ensuring projects move forward without confusion delays or misalignment. This role exists to bring clarity accountability and execution discipline across engineering and operations by turning complex requirements into clear actionable deliverables.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and projects require consistent follow-through from concept through delivery.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories requirements and development tickets
Define acceptance criteria scope and detailed documentation for development execution
Break down complex initiatives into structured phases milestones and deliverables
Own and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business priorities
Project Execution & Delivery
Own projects end-to-end from planning through release and post-launch support
Build structured project plans with clear timelines dependencies and checkpoints
Track progress identify risks early and ensure projects stay on track
Ensure deliverables meet expectations and align with defined requirements
Agile Workflow Management
Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and sprint reviews
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and remove blockers
Maintain realistic timelines and capacity planning across development cycles
Drive consistent execution across sprints with minimal disruption
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the bridge between business operations and engineering teams
Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope priorities and timelines
Communicate updates clearly and manage expectations across teams
Translate operational needs into system-driven solutions
Success in This Role

Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst
Strong experience working directly with developers in Agile environments
Proven ability to write user stories tickets acceptance criteria and documentation
Ability to manage complex multi-phase projects end-to-end
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Must-Have Capabilities
Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive projects to completion
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements
Strong execution and follow-through across multiple workstreams
Ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems
Nice-to-Haves
