Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and current team members
• Train employees on dental office systems scheduling billing insurance verification and patient communication
• Develop and update training materials guides presentations and resources
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Support managers and team leaders with performance development initiatives
• Identify training gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality
• Ensure team members understand company policies procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to align training goals with business needs
• Maintain accurate training records attendance and progress reports

What Were Looking For

• REQUIRED: Previous dental industry experience (Dental Assistant Treatment Coordinator Office Manager Front Office or similar role)
• Prior training coaching or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive energetic and team-oriented attitude
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoom Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar tools
• Motivated goal-driven and eager to grow within the company
