Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Analyze and interpret product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify evaluate and prioritize innovative solutions.
• Oversee product planning sessions contribute expert insights and ensure the timely and successful execution of product initiatives and launches.
• Partner with product managers to define user workflows requirements stories and customer value ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Support and execute change management activities ensuring adherence to risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and raise blockers or dependencies proactively managing resources and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation efficiency and continuous learning within the product team.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
• Demonstrated success in leading product management initiatives or relevant domain projects.
• Strong experience with operational management change readiness and product deployment processes.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery requirements definition and go-to-market execution.
• Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Jira Jira Align Confluence and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in credit card or financial services products.
• Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
