As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in Memphis TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting patients visitors and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening directions and general support while helping to maintain order in lobbies hallways and other public areas.
• Support medical emergencies alarms and other urgent events by following post orders contacting appropriate personnel and/or helping to coordinate a timely response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs pepper spray and/or baton is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
