As a Security Officer - Corporate Patrol in Boca Raton FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a driving patrol officer in a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help deter security-related incidents and support access awareness throughout the property. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile reliable and innovative with a caring culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents property concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points observe onsite activity and support lobby and/or entrance operations by assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Complete routine reports maintain accurate activity logs and relay maintenance life-related and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Minimum of 6 months of security related experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
