Schedule: Flexible schedule that need some late afternoons and early evenings
Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta GA (Buckhead office)
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
Active unrestricted license as a Psychologist LCSW LMFT or LPC in GA
Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week within a minimum of 20 hours of availability
Preferred candidates will have multiple days of late afternoon/early evening availability
Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
Active unrestricted license as a Psychologist LCSW LMFT or LPC in GA
Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
Ability to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Preferred candidates will be able to see children adolescents and adults
