Mobile Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ford Mobile Service Technician to operate our Mobile Service Van and deliver high-quality maintenance and light repair services directly to our customers homes and businesses. This role offers independence flexibility and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment while representing a trusted dealership brand in the community.

What Youll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations using a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van
• Services may include:
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Tire rotations and replacements
  • Battery replacements
  • Brake services
  • Multi-point inspections
  • Recall and software updates
  • Minor diagnostic and repair work
• Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommended repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs parts usage and time reporting
• Keep the mobile service vehicle clean organized and properly stocked
• Represent the dealership professionally in the community

What Were Looking For

• 2 years automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ASE certifications preferred
• Ford certification is a plus
