Job Description:

The Senior Manager Program Management leads the execution of complex highvisibility programs within the MIDS Low Volume Terminal (LVT) portfolio. This role is responsible for cost schedule technical performance and customer satisfaction across development production and sustainment efforts including direct leadership of the U.S. Navy ACAT1C MIDSLVT program. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction manages programlevel risks and opportunities oversees a team of Program Managers and engages routinely with DoD International and Prime Contractor customers. Success in this role requires strong leadership disciplined program execution and the ability to drive business results across crossfunctional teams.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the senior program leader with accountability for all phases of the program lifecycle from capture through completion.
• Own program cost schedule resourcing contractual compliance and technical performance across Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus programs.
• Lead crossfunctional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including Engineering Operations Contracts Finance Quality Supply Chain and Security.
• Manage and mentor a team of Program Managers supporting Development Production and MRO activities.
• Conduct regular program reviews including cost schedule earned value technical performance and risk management assessments.
• Develop competitive proposals including annual Lot buys followon opportunities and International market growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the MIDS International Program Office (IPO) U.S. Navy stakeholders DoD Prime Contractors and global partners.
• Direct financial planning and execution for the assigned program area including baselines EACs cash management and financial forecasting.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across program execution operational efficiencies risk mitigation and process discipline.
  Ensure adherence to all regulatory export safety and corporate policies.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security clearance
• Ability to travel 25%

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with 12 years prior experience Graduate Degree with 10 years prior lieu of a degree minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience managing ACATlevel or equivalent Government programs.
  Knowledge of Link 16 Tactical Data Links MIDS LVT products or related mission systems.
• Proficiency in EVMS principles and leading programs with EVM requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication negotiation customerfacing and executivelevel presentation skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $153000- $284000.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
