What Youll Be Doing

Conduct engaging in-home consultations using our mobile showroom
Recommend flooring solutions that fit the clients style function and budget
Measure spaces and prepare digital proposals using iPad-based tools
Follow a structured sales process designed for success
Maintain strong follow-up communication throughout the project lifecycle
Build relationships with homeowners contractors and referral partners
Network locally to grow both your book of business and community presence
Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience

Who Thrives Here

2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
Strong understanding of flooring products and installation processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly
Comfortable using technology (iPad CRM systems like Salesforce digital measuring tools)
Self-driven competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings
Valid drivers license and availability for client appointments
