About the Role:

Join Pro Temp LLC as a Commercial Refrigeration and Food Service Equipment Technician in Federal Way WA! In this exciting role you will be at the forefront of ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration and food service equipment providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Install maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems and food service equipment.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure equipment efficiency.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with precision and expertise.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on-site.
Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial refrigeration and food service equipment.
EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours including on-call duties.
