• Diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating cooling and ventilation)
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues solutions and pricing
• Provide recommendations for system improvements repairs or replacements
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• 2 years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Clean and Clear Background Screening

• Experience with a wide range of HVAC systems and brands
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales experience in a service environment
