Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service skills as youll be diagnosing repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a top-tier experience for homeowners.
What Youll Do
Diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating cooling and ventilation)
Communicate clearly with customers about issues solutions and pricing
Provide recommendations for system improvements repairs or replacements
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What Were Looking For
2 years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
EPA Certification (required)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
Clean and Clear Background Screening
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a wide range of HVAC systems and brands
Customer Service Experience
Sales experience in a service environment
