Pay: $65k to $120KTotal Earnings

Sign-on up to $5k pending experience

Top performers make $50/hour

What Youll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
• Perform highquality repairs that exceed NEC standardsno shortcuts no compromises.
• Present homeowners with solutions upgrades and service recommendations that truly add value.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch management installation and parts teams to keep jobs moving.
• Deliver 5star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

What You Bring

• 2 years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
• Comfort with technology including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude honesty reliability and a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work in attics crawl spaces basements and other confined areas.
• Stand kneel bend and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity.
