This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly hours and longer-term client relationships not only occasional fill-in shifts.
Hiring across Seabeck. Shifts are assigned based on your location and availability.
Pay & Benefits
$22.00$26.00 per hour (based on certification experience and assignment)
Overtime at 1.5x
Holiday pay (company-recognized holidays)

Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 hours/week
Scheduling & Shift Options
Part-time and full-time available
12- hour shifts
Day evening overnight and weekend availability
12to 40 hours/week based on your availability and market needs

What You Will Do
Assist with bathing grooming and dressing
Meal prep and dietary support
Medication reminders
Mobility and fall-prevention support
Light housekeeping
Document care notes and communicate updates
Requirements
Active HCA CNA or NAC certification
Current TB test
CPR certification
Food Worker Card
Valid government-issued photo ID
Reliable communication and professionalism
