This role is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe reliable and efficient operations in a multi-shift Work at MCCCompensation: $25.00$35.00 per hourShift Differentials: 2nd shift: $1.50/hour3rd shift: $1.85/hourBenefits: Competitive benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtimeComplete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systemsMaintain electrical schematics instrumentation and calibration documentationSupport operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesPerform facility maintenance and repair activities as neededParticipate in special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of one year of hands-on experience supporting electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess equipment performance and implement process improvementsBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems used in a manufacturing settingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-shift environment while managing multiple prioritiesMust meet physical demands of the role including frequent walking standing bending reaching stooping kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
