Food Service Supervisor

Monday -Friday every other weekend Roating Shift - 6am-3pm 10am-6pm 12pm-8:30pm

Pay: $18-$20

Duties

• Supervise daily operations in the food service area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage food production processes including cooking preparation and presentation of meals.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Train and mentor staff in food handling techniques customer service and kitchen management practices.
• Coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food production cooking and food preparation within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management skills with experience in supervising staff in a food service or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in hospitality management or kitchen management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dietary department operations and catering services is a plus.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Background in banquet experience or barista/coffee service is advantageous.
