Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly organized and energetic Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests hosts play a critical role in setting the tone for the dining experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming professional and able to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression of JINYA
- Manage the waitlist and accurately quote wait times
- Escort guests to their tables while maintaining proper table rotation
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with general questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Assist with guest flow during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Friendly outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and guest service mindset
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
