We are seeking Resident CARE Coordinators (Registered Nurses) to join our clinical leadership team as part of an enhanced people centred care model.
This is a visible on the floor leadership role providing daily clinical oversight resident advocacy and consistent family engagement. CARE Coordinators lead with warmth clarity and purpose strengthening care quality resident experience and team culture.
About the role
Operational clinical leadership role (RN)
Responsible for two Suburbs within @ Maroba (approximately 50 residents)
72 hours per fortnight rotating AM/PM shifts
No Sundays
Reports to the Director of Nursing
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in aged care and confidence in clinical leadership
Strong communication emotional intelligence and relationship building skills
Capability in AN ACC documentation review audits and care coordination
Passion for person centred care and supporting residents and families through change
