The role

Based on the Central Coast you will provide advanced nursing assessment diagnosis treatment and care planning for residents within residential aged care services. You will work within a co-managed multidisciplinary model alongside on-site nurses GPs telehealth geriatricians and physicians with dedicated administrative support so your focus stays on clinical care.

What youll bring

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement
• Advanced clinical experience in assessment diagnosis treatment and health promotion
• Strong clinical reasoning communication and leadership skills
• Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice
• Sound knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
• Current drivers licence reliable vehicle and professional indemnity insurance
• Comfortable using technology and clinical software systems

Qualifications

Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)

Bachelor of Nursing

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with NP endorsement
